Choose an already incorporated Spanish limited company from our real inventory. We prepare the buyer, the company changes and the documentation so the transfer can be completed before a Spanish notary.
You acquire the shares of an inactive company. You are not buying an operating business, turnover, customers or employees.
The companies shown are inactive entities held for sale. Availability, documents and the exact scope of the transaction are confirmed before payment.
Availability is subject to final confirmation. Prices exclude 21% VAT.
The transaction transfers the shares of an existing company. It does not include clients, employees, contracts, licences, financing, turnover or a guaranteed bank account unless expressly stated in writing.
The company has legal personality, a registry history and definitive Spanish tax identification.
The company is offered as inactive and its available corporate, tax and Social Security documentation is checked.
The shares and agreed corporate resolutions are formalised before a Spanish notary.
Age or registered capital do not prove turnover, solvency, business experience or available cash.
Our recommended process is for the buyer to travel to Spain after the NIE, passport, buyer information, company changes and notarial appointment are ready.
Once the file is prepared, the transfer and agreed resolutions are signed during the appointment.
Speed comes from preparing the file before the buyer arrives, not from avoiding checks.
We can coordinate the corporate and tax changes required by the new owner. Each service is confirmed in writing and may depend on the notary, registry, tax authority or bank.
The operation may include a new company name, shareholders, director, registered office, corporate purpose and CNAE.

Ask about your caseWe recommend coming to Spain. It is normally the clearest and fastest route once the documents and appointment are prepared. Signing by power of attorney may be possible, but often requires additional notarisation, apostille, translation and coordination.
For our process, foreign individual buyers and directors must have a Spanish NIE before signing and present a valid passport. Additional evidence may be requested depending on the case.
An interpreter must be arranged before the appointment. The notary decides what type of interpreter is acceptable and may require an official interpreter. This must be confirmed in advance.
Yes, after signing. The bank decides whether to open and activate the account after its identification and compliance checks. Nationality, tax residence, beneficial ownership, planned activity and source of funds are relevant.
Yes, the transaction can include corporate changes. We can also prepare the corresponding Modelo 036 for tax activity. The exact work and cost depend on the requested changes.
