Condições de reserva
O vendedor, sociedade, preço, serviços e pagamentos constam da proposta, confirmação de reserva ou fatura.
Um formulário não reserva uma sociedade. O envio de um formulário ou um pedido de informação não reserva uma sociedade. A reserva só produz efeitos depois de recebermos o pagamento acordado e o confirmarmos por escrito.
Contractual language Website translations are informative. The accepted Spanish contractual documents prevail where legally permitted.
Reservation
The standard reservation is 30% of the total quoted amount. It becomes effective after confirmed receipt and blocks the selected company under the accepted terms.
Deadlines
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer has 30 calendar days to pay the remaining 70% and provide documents. A further 30 calendar days are normally allowed to complete signing and formalities.
Failure and costs
Consequences depend on the signed terms, the reason for non-completion and mandatory consumer law. Additional services and third-party costs are included only when expressly quoted. Spanish law applies.
