Продавец, компания, цена, услуги и платежи указываются в предложении, подтверждении бронирования или счете.
Форма не резервирует компанию. Отправка формы или запроса информации не резервирует компанию. Резервирование вступает в силу только после получения согласованного платежа и нашего письменного подтверждения.
Contractual language Website translations are informative. The accepted Spanish contractual documents prevail where legally permitted.
Reservation
The standard reservation is 30% of the total quoted amount. It becomes effective after confirmed receipt and blocks the selected company under the accepted terms.
Deadlines
Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer has 30 calendar days to pay the remaining 70% and provide documents. A further 30 calendar days are normally allowed to complete signing and formalities.
Failure and costs
Consequences depend on the signed terms, the reason for non-completion and mandatory consumer law. Additional services and third-party costs are included only when expressly quoted. Spanish law applies.
